Shipping Information:
FREE/ inside the United States. Outside the U.S. there will be a 15.00 charge. Please Note: We currently ship to addresses within the USA only. Our items are drop shipped to our customers. Therefore, shipping times will vary depending on which vendor your item(s) comes from. You can use your Order Number to track your items via our website. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or enquiries. Returns and Exchanges You and your dog's happiness is very important to us. We handle returns & exchanges on a case by case basis. But generally, if your dog's tail does not wag for a particular item you bought from us, you can return it in its original unused condition within 15 days of purchase. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. Refunds will not include shipping or handling costs. We are not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise that have been lost during shipping. Please note that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. We suggest you send your return via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or by US Mail First Class or Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If you have any problem at all with your order please contact us via email and we will do our absolute best to resolve the problem.
